1. General

Fury PVM provides OSRS in-game services including bossing, skill training, questing, and account progression. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your account and any consequences from third-party assistance.

2. Account Safety

• We are not responsible for any bans imposed by Jagex.
• All credentials shared are kept strictly confidential and deleted after completion.
• We recommend enabling a VPN matching your region before any session.
• We will never ask for your email password or Jagex authenticator recovery codes.

3. Payment

• Full payment is required before any service begins unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept OSRS GP, RS3 GP, and methods confirmed via Discord.
• All payments are final — no chargebacks or disputes will be tolerated.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if Fury PVM cannot complete the service as agreed.
• No refunds once a service is completed in full.
• Partial refunds may apply if only part of the order was completed, at our discretion.
• No refunds for bans resulting from the client's own prior rule violations.

5. Delivery & ETAs

ETAs are estimates. Delays may occur due to game updates, unmet account requirements, or high order volume. We always communicate delays proactively.

6. Client Conduct

• Clients must not provide false account information.
• Scam attempts, chargebacks, or fraud result in a permanent service ban and public reporting.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
